Agaricus is a mushroom that a Japanese succeeded in cultivation for the first time in Brazil in 1965. The scientific name is called "Agaricus blazei", but also called the princess mushroom, and [kawariharatake]. Agaricus is originally a mushroom of [bieda-de] local special product of Brazil. The element of agaricus includes the protein and, additionally, about 40% and a lot of Vitamins B2・D, magnesiums, potassiums, linoleic acids, and phospholipids are included. Moreover, it is a feature that there are a lot of contents of a peculiar element β-glucan to the mushroom.
