Upon you order at kenko.com, KC will send you the e-mail which confirms you the order details. However, the contract between you and KC shall not be completed until you receive the shipping notice (acceptance of your order) by e-mail regardless of the ways of payment you chose or the ways of shipment.

If you or your agent find out the items purchased from KC defective or different from your order for reasons attributable to KC, KC shall normally refund the portion of the sales price applicable thereto. KC may also in its sole discretion send new alternative items to you. However, even if you order outside Japan and import by an individual, KC SHALL ACCEPT NO REFUND OR NO EXCHANGE AFTER THE ITEMS ARRIVE AT THE SHIPPING PLACE IN JAPAN WHICH YOU DESIGNATE IN YOUR ORDER AND AFTER THE INSPECTION IS COMPLETED.

All items purchased from KC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

KC attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, KC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by KC itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere.
